Today, the real estate market in Ukraine is extremely difficult to analyse. But despite this, the national real estate market, which periodically faces difficulties and challenges, impresses with its resilience and ability to operate in extremely difficult conditions. At the moment, a gradual recovery process is underway in all areas of real estate.

We are an expert organisation dedicated to developing the real estate market, implementing training programmes for realtors and other market representatives, providing up-to-date analytics, shaping the legal and regulatory framework, and bringing market participants together for synergy.

One of the priority areas of the Institute's work is the formation of a community of real estate professionals and operators to share best practices between professional associations of Ukrainian and international institutions/unions.
