Institute for the Development of the Ukrainian Real Estate Market Plektan is the result of a joint initiative by Plektan IT company and the Stina Union of Entrepreneurs.

The main goal of the Institute is to provide affordable and comfortable housing for every Ukrainian. The Institute provides support to market participants, primarily realtors who conduct honest and professional activities, assistance and training in the use of digital tools to optimise personal work and increase efficiency. For this purpose, Plektan has developed a unique product for real estate agencies. It is a mechanism that optimises routine and allows you to do the most useful things in the least amount of time.

The successful functioning of the Plektan Institute is based on the perfect combination of IT professionals with experience in digitalisation, artificial intelligence and working in the real estate market for over 16 years, fully understanding the needs of the participants, and experts from the Stena Union of Entrepreneurs with over 20 years of experience in advocacy, government relations, development and planning of regional and sectoral economic strategies, as well as the formation and implementation of measures to protect business interests at the regional and national levels.
