The acceptance of applications for the registration of loss of access to real estate in temporarily occupied territories has begun.

From now on, owners and co-owners of real estate can submit an application for loss of access or control over real estate objects located in temporarily occupied territories.

A new category has appeared within the International Loss Register – A3.6: "Loss of access and control over real estate in temporarily occupied territories".

Requirements for applicants:

▪️ Presence of ownership or co-ownership rights to residential or non-residential real estate.

▪️ Loss of access or control over this real estate after February 24, 2022.

The application is submitted exclusively online

through the Diya portal.

The application undergoes automatic verification. If it is correctly filled out, the information is entered into the Register. After the approval of the international compensation mechanism, the submitted materials will be forwarded to the appropriate commission for review and decision-making regarding payments.
