🏗 Now no new building will be constructed without an accessibility check.
The government of Ukraine has implemented a mandatory digital verification of all construction projects in the Unified State Electronic System in the Field of Construction (USESC).
Every architect, designer, or expert organization must pass a digital checklist for accessibility before submitting a project — confirming that the building meets all inclusive standards.
This means that even at the drawing stage, the system will check:
• whether it is convenient for people using wheelchairs to move;
• whether there are conditions for parents with strollers;
• whether it will be safe and comfortable for older adults;
• whether the needs of pregnant women are taken into account.
✅ Digital control will accompany the facility from the first sketch to the moment of commissioning.
