🏚 One document can save your home
Imagine: your house or apartment was damaged by shelling. You apply for compensation under the "eRecovery" program, and the response is: “Your property is not listed in the State Register of Rights.” And that’s it — there will be no aid.
That’s why the Ministry of Justice urges: check and register your property right now, especially if the ownership is registered before 2013. If it’s not in the register — you risk being left without compensation and without the ability to prove that the property belongs to you.
📍 Registration is free for properties registered before 2013. You can contact a notary, a CNAP, or use "Diia" (except for Donetsk, Luhansk regions and Kyiv).
Why this is critical:
▪️Legal protection against fraud and illegal alienation;
▪️Confirmation of the legal status of property when making transactions;
▪️The ability to quickly sell, gift, or inherit.
▪️Access to bank loans secured by real estate.
▪️The right to participate in housing recovery programs.
Check the documents, enter the data into the register — and sleep peacefully, knowing that your home is under reliable legal protection.
