🆕 A new category has been opened in the Register of Damages — A3.2 "Damage or destruction of non-residential real estate." If your property was damaged as a result of the war after February 24, 2022, submit an application through the Diia portal.

👉 Who can apply: owners and co-owners of non-residential real estate (offices, warehouses, production facilities, and other property).

Fill out the application, confirm or add data: type of object, ownership rights, circumstances and evidence of damages, cost of losses, and amount of compensation.

Prepare documents:

▪️proof of ownership;

▪️results of damage assessment (if available);

▪️repair costs;

▪️documents about special status (military, medical, etc.).

The application is automatically submitted to the international Register of Damages and subsequently to the compensation commission.
