A new category has been opened in the Register of Losses — A3.2 "Damage or destruction of non-residential real estate." If your property has been affected by the war after February 24, 2022, submit an application through the Diia portal.

👉 Who can apply: owners and co-owners of non-residential real estate (offices, warehouses, production facilities, and other property).

Fill out the application, confirm or add data: type of object, ownership rights, circumstances, and evidence of damage, the cost of losses, and the amount of compensation.

Prepare the documents:

▪️ proof of ownership;

▪️ results of damage assessment (if available);

▪️ repair costs;

▪️ documents regarding special status (military, medical, etc.).

The application automatically enters the international Register of Losses and subsequently — to the compensation commission.
