🏠 From September 10, 2025, a renewed mechanism of the "eOselya" program will be launched in Ukraine, which has become part of the comprehensive support for residents of frontline territories and internally displaced persons.

WHO CAN TAKE ADVANTAGE:

▪️ IDPs who do not own any other real estate in the territory controlled by Ukraine;

▪️ residents of frontline regions living in communities listed in the Register of territories with special conditions.

WHAT THE STATE COMPENSATES:

▪️ up to 70% of the down payment (but not more than 30% of the total cost of housing);

▪️ up to 70% of the monthly payment during the first year;

▪️ up to 40,000 UAH for covering associated costs: commissions, insurance, and other payments.

HOUSING REQUIREMENTS:

▪️ maximum value — up to 2 million UAH;

▪️ for IDPs: housing in Kyiv and regional centers must be no older than 10 years, in other cities — up to 20 years;

▪️ for residents of frontline territories of Chernihiv, Sumy, Kharkiv, Zaporizhia, and Kherson regions: on site — up to 10 years, outside of combat zones — up to 3 years.

HOW TO APPLY:

1. Fill out the application through the "Diia" app;

2. Choose a partner bank (among them: Oschadbank, Privatbank, Ukrgasbank, Sense Bank, TASKOMBANK, and others);

3. Submit the necessary documents;

4. Wait for the verification from the Pension Fund;

5. Receive a loan with state compensation and purchase housing.
