The state program "eOselya" has reached a significant milestone — Ukrainians have already received over 20 thousand loans amounting to nearly 35 billion UAH.
More than half of the borrowers are military and law enforcement officers (51%). In second place are the homeless citizens (26%), followed by medical workers, educators, internally displaced persons, veterans, and scientists. The average age of program participants is 35 years, meaning it mainly consists of young families and specialists planning their lives in Ukraine.
Thanks to "eOselya," more than 12,500 children are already growing up in their own homes. The majority of loans were taken by young families with one child (31%) and those without children (33%), but there are also those who purchased housing for large families with three or more children.
WHAT REAL ESTATE DO UKRAINIANS CHOOSE?
▪️ Secondary market — over 12 thousand transactions, the average housing price — 2.25 million UAH.
▪️New buildings — over 6 thousand transactions, the average area — 60 m².
▪️Housing under construction — nearly 1.8 thousand transactions, demand for modern apartments in promising complexes is growing.
The highest demand is recorded in Kyiv and the Kyiv region (almost half of all transactions), as well as in the Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, and Odesa regions.
Every UAH invested by the state in the program returns to the budget in the form of taxes and fees almost threefold. This means that "eOselya" simultaneously addresses social issues and stimulates economic development.
Today, the program includes 10 banks (AB "UKRGASBANK", AT "OSCHADBANK", AT KB "PRIVATBANK", AT "SENS BANK", AT "SKY BANK", AT "BANK CREDIT DNIPRO", AT "TASKOMBANK", AT "KB "GLOBUS", AT "BISBANK", AT "AB "RADABANK").
