OLX Real Estate analyzed the dynamics of demand and prices for premium-class apartments from December 2022 to December 2024. One of the key changes was a significant increase in demand for one-bedroom apartments in large cities, particularly in Kyiv and Lviv.
📈 Kyiv:
• One-bedroom apartments increased by 15%, to 7.4 million UAH
• Two-bedroom apartments rose by 21% (10.7 million UAH)
• Three-bedroom apartments – by 14% (16.52 million UAH)
The number of listings and interested buyers in the capital also increased.
📉 Dnipro:
• One-bedroom apartments decreased by 24% (2 million UAH)
• Two-bedroom apartments added 15% (3.3 million UAH)
• Three-bedroom apartments rose by 22% (5.2 million UAH)
Demand for elite real estate in the city decreased.
📊 Lviv:
• One-bedroom apartments increased by 5% (3.6 million UAH), the number of responses to such listings increased by 151%
• Two-bedroom apartments increased by 17% (4.8 million UAH)
• Three-bedroom apartments – by 37% (7.4 million UAH)
🏡 Odesa:
• One-bedroom apartments increased by 20% (2.5 million UAH)
• Two-bedroom apartments – by 18% (5 million UAH)
• Three-bedroom apartments – by 31% (9.6 million UAH)
Demand for three-bedroom apartments significantly increased: the number of listings grew by 57%, and responses by 105%
