Oschadbank has achieved record results in the implementation of the state program for affordable housing "YéOselya" — the total amount of issued loans exceeded 10 billion hryvnias. In total, 6,358 mortgage loans have been issued, with the average amount being 1.6 million UAH.
The bank actively supports citizens working in critical areas:
▪️57% of borrowers are servicemen and representatives of law enforcement agencies
▪️8% each are educators and healthcare workers
▪️3% are internally displaced persons

▪️The average age of clients is 34 years
▪️The most active age group is 26–35 years (45% of clients)
▪️Gender: 65% men, 35% women
▪️Over 4,000 children have been provided with housing
The most loans were issued in:
▪️Kyiv region — 1,327 (20.9%)
▪️Kyiv city — 1,221 (19.2%)
▪️Chernihiv region — 449 (7.1%)
▪️Odesa region — 326 (5.1%)
▪️Lviv region — 311 (4.9%)
Characteristics of the acquired housing:
▪️Average area — 57.1 sq. m
▪️Average cost — 2.15 million UAH
▪️Area per person — 27.17 sq. m
Oschadbank cooperates with 8 regional administrations that compensate part of the costs:
▪️466 clients took advantage of regional programs
▪️The total amount of issued loans — 705.3 million UAH
▪️Amount of compensations from local budgets — 9.1 million UAH
▪️The most active regions: Odesa, Lviv, Chernivtsi, Kharkiv regions and Kryvyi Rih City Council
The bank also collaborates with 31 accredited developers within the "YéOselya" program.
