According to the State Statistics Service, in January-July 2025, the volume of completed construction works increased by 16.1% compared to the same period last year and reached 117.7 billion UAH. This indicates a rise in investments in infrastructure restoration, development of the residential and industrial sectors.

The highest growth was recorded in the construction of buildings — by 27.7%.

▪️ Residential construction showed an increase of 12%,

▪️ Non-residential — by 36.4%,

▪️ And engineering structures added 8%.

New construction dominates the overall volume — 43.4%.

Repair works account for 29%, while reconstruction and other types of works account for 27.6%.

The construction production index during this period was 110%, in particular:

▪️ in the residential sector — 104.9%,

▪️ in the non-residential — 128.7%,

▪️ in engineering — 102.4%.

July 2025 was particularly dynamic — the construction production index increased by 44.5% compared to last year's figure. This signals a revival of the market and a recovery of activity after difficult years.
