According to the State Statistics Service, from January to July 2025, the volume of completed construction works increased by 16.1% compared to the same period last year and reached UAH 117.7 billion. This indicates a revitalization of investments in the restoration of infrastructure, as well as the development of the housing and industrial sectors.

The largest growth was recorded in building construction — by 27.7%.

▪️ Residential construction demonstrated an increase of 12%,

▪️ Non-residential — by 36.4%,

▪️ And engineering structures added 8%.

In the structure of the total volume, new construction predominates — 43.4%.

Repair works account for 29%, and reconstruction and other types of works account for 27.6%.

The construction production index for this period was 110%, in particular:

▪️ in the residential sector — 104.9%,

▪️ in the non-residential sector — 128.7%,

▪️ in engineering — 102.4%.

July 2025 was particularly dynamic — the construction production index increased by 44.5% compared to last year's figure. This signals a market revival and a recovery of activity after difficult years.
