According to the interactive report of GIS "Uvecon", the average price of one conditional hundred is about $2,450 – this is the actual benchmark for land prices for private construction across the country.

Kyiv significantly outperforms the market: ≈×6 to the average indicator across Ukraine and almost ×26 to the price in Donetsk region. The Odesa region consistently maintains a high benchmark due to the sea, infrastructure, and resort demand.
