The Verkhovna Rada Committee on Social Policy and Veterans' Rights is assessing the real impact of this Law in practice, studying the level of awareness of the economically active population about the simplified regime of regulation of labour relations with employees, the impact on the processes of deregulation of labour relations, as well as the impact on the level of guarantees of the rights of employees employed in small and medium-sized enterprises, etc.

Please join the initiative aimed at analysing the effectiveness of the Law of Ukraine No. 2434-IX dated 19 July 2022 "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine on Simplifying the Regulation of Labour Relations in the Field of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises and Reducing the Administrative Burden on Business".
