Each funnel displays the key stages of the deal:
▪️ how many listings are still in progress
▪️ which properties have already been called (first contact with the client)
▪️ which have become promising — with secured listings, signed contracts, or positive client feedback
▪️ where discussions about price are already taking place after the showing
▪️ how many properties have deposits
▪️ and, most importantly, — how many deals have already been successfully completed
This allows you to quickly understand at which stage deals are “sticking” and where potential profit is being lost, which requires managerial intervention.

— by property type
— for the selected period
Filters change with a single click — without unnecessary settings and complicated forms. And the best part is that the selected parameters can be saved. Saved searches allow you to instantly return to the required analytics without having to fill in the filters again.
