DELETION OF DIVISIONS — a controlled process
The system allows for the deletion of a division only when:
There are no active "child" divisions.
There are no employees.
There are no active publications.
This protects the company from technical errors and prevents situations where deletion blocks agents' work or publication of announcements. If any condition is not met, the system will immediately prompt what needs to be corrected.
ADVANTAGES OF ARCHIVING
The archived division does not disappear forever — it is stored in the system, does not interfere with work, but also does not impact current processes. This is convenient when you:

RESTORATION — quick and convenient
An important point: restoration can only be done to an active division — this helps to avoid logical errors in the structure. After saving, it will be displayed again in the overall structure.
