On April 9, 2025, an important working meeting organized by the Institute for the Development of the Real Estate Market of Ukraine (IRRMU) Plectan took place, which became the first step towards creating a Lobbying Platform for participants in the Ukrainian real estate market.

The basis for the meeting was the idea of creating a professional lobbying platform capable of systematically representing the interests of the market before government bodies. The adoption of the Law of Ukraine "On Lobbying" in 2024 opened up new opportunities for legal business influence on regulatory policy — and the real estate market must take advantage of this chance.

• The Ukrainian Appraisers Society confirmed its readiness to join the initiative and become an active participant in the platform.

• A key issue was outlined that hinders the market's development — the legislative disconnect between real estate and land rights.

• Participants agreed on the need to unify terminology — in particular, regarding types of real estate and defining stages of building readiness.

• Consultations with representatives of marketplaces

• Organization of negotiations with the Notary Chamber of Ukraine
