🧩 The Directorate of the @Institute for the Development of the Real Estate Market of Ukraine "Plektan" participated in training for business leaders dedicated to the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) into business processes. The training was conducted at the Kyiv-Mohyla Business School (KMBS) with the support of UNDP.

The program included an in-depth immersion into the topic of "Artificial Intelligence for Managers," during which the following were discussed:

▪️ How AI can help automate routine processes and create new value for businesses.

▪️ Ways to enhance organizational efficiency through the implementation of AI.

Practical cases and working groups formed the basis of the educational process, which clearly demonstrated how artificial intelligence can transform a company, increasing its adaptability and competitiveness in the market.
