The management of the Institute for the Development of the Real Estate Market of Ukraine "Plektan" participated in training for business leaders dedicated to the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) into business processes. The training was conducted at the Kyiv-Mohyla Business School (KMBS) with the support of UNDP.

The program included deep immersion in the topic "Artificial Intelligence for Managers” during which the following were discussed:

▪️ How AI can help automate routine processes and create new value for businesses.

▪️ Ways to enhance organizational effectiveness through the implementation of AI.

Practical case studies and working groups formed the basis of the educational process, clearly demonstrating how artificial intelligence can transform a company, enhancing adaptability and competitiveness in the market.
