▪️ The Institute for the Development of the Real Estate Market of Ukraine "Plektan" actively participated in the forum "Dialogue of Civil Society, Business, and Government," organized by the Ukrainian Business Council (UBC). This event brought together representatives from various sectors of the economy, government institutions, and analytical centers to discuss important issues of economic recovery in the face of wartime challenges.
The key topics of the forum included measures for the de-shadowing of the economy, simplification of tax policy, stimulation of business development, support for exports, and employment of citizens in critical sectors of the economy. Special attention was focused on opportunities for digitalization to enhance the transparency of companies' operations, as well as the implementation of an economic reservation system to ensure the functioning of businesses during martial law.
During the event, representatives of the Institute "Plektan" had the opportunity to discuss with colleagues - leaders of business associations the necessity of institutional changes in the real estate market that would stimulate investment, increase the transparency of the industry, and contribute to the development of residential and commercial construction. Implementing standards for digital document circulation is particularly important, as it not only simplifies operations but also helps reduce corruption risks in the registration process and real estate transactions.
Participation in such forums is extremely important for the Institute "Plektan," as it fosters constructive dialogue with representatives of government, business, and the public sector to develop effective policies aimed at the recovery and development of the real estate market in Ukraine. Support from the government in simplifying regulatory mechanisms and modernizing infrastructure can significantly accelerate this process.
