The Institute for the Development of the Real Estate Market of Ukraine "Plektan" participated in a strategic session and an inaugural meeting to form a Network of Civil Organizations for the Democratic Reconstruction of Ukraine. This event, organized by the Innovation Development Center, gathered more than 60 representatives of non-governmental organizations from across the country to discuss key directions in the reconstruction of Ukraine and cooperation with civil society.
An important element of the meeting was group work, where participants developed joint action plans along thematic lines. Participants focused on creating an annual plan that includes five thematic areas:
▪️"CommUnity" (engaging citizens in communications and reconstruction processes),
▪️"SustainUA" (environmental sustainability),
▪️"RecoveryHub" (supporting local initiatives and regional recovery),
▪️"AdvocacyPro" (advocacy campaigns),
▪️"GlobalLink" (international partnerships).
These directions will help strengthen cooperation between organizations and with government institutions.
As a result of the meetings, a decision was made to create a consortium of civil organizations, representatives of local self-government, and business. This will strengthen the reconstruction process and facilitate regional development through the pooling of resources and enhancing cooperation.
The participation of the Institute for the Development of the Real Estate Market was an important step toward enhancing public cooperation in the field of housing stock reconstruction and creating transparent conditions for investment in real estate, supporting local initiatives for the reconstruction of Ukraine.
