The new build market has reached a new level of flexibility: over 60% of residential complexes in Ukraine now offer convenient financial instruments for purchase.

AVAILABLE FINANCIAL PROGRAMS:

🔸 The “E-Oselya” program — the most popular option: a loan at 3–7% for military personnel, internally displaced persons, medical workers, and teachers

🔸 Loans from banks — Ukrgasbank, Globus, Oschadbank provide mortgages for 10–20 years

🔸 Installments — no overpayments for up to 24 months, down payment — 0–12%

🔸 Seasonal discounts and promotions — still not a widespread phenomenon, but the trend is growing

BUYERS MOST OFTEN CHOOSE:
